Making patterns number 2

Today I have been learning how to use Google drawings. I used three repeating shapes. I used diamonds, crosses and hearts. The colour that I used was light blue, brown and red. I used yellow for my background. On the odd lines I used light blue, brown, red, light blue, brown and red. I repeated my three shapes by making sure they are all the same size.

My mum is protective, she hugs me during the earthquake. She holds my hand when we’re crossing the crossing line. My mum protects me when I'm scared of dogs.She is kind, she buys me lollies. She is helpful. She helps me wash dishes and clean my bed. Mum is loving. She kisses me when she drops me at school and hugs me when I'm injured.She puts band aids on my cuts. My mum is beautiful when she smile. My Mum is the best. She love's me and I love her.

Maths pattern number 1

Today I have been learning to use Google draw to create a repeating pattern. I repeated my heart shapes by making sure they were the same size. I used two colours, pink and purple. On the odd lines I used pink,purple, pink,purple. I used light blue for my background.

Badminton

Hurray! last Friday we played badminton at the hall. Our coach is Ben. He taught us how to play badminton. First we did our warm ups. We jogged,run sideways and run and jump. Our coach taught us the proper way of holding the racket. He said to hold the grip,face your knuckles down the floor and toss your shuttle and swing your racket up and down. Ben had to talk to Mrs. Twomey regarding our safety while playing badminton. Then it was time for us to head back to class and do our school work. I had fun playing badminton. I am excited to play again.
